On March 10th 2009 Dominic Cappelletti of Mahopac New York, USA, allegedly broke into the home of a young woman and assaulted her.

The complaint filed with the local police states that on march third of 2009 Cappelletti, age 20, a former high school wrestler, forced his way into the young woman’s residence and began screaming at her. As the young woman screamed for help, the complaint states that Cappeletti covered her mouth impeding her breathing, before leaving and re entering the premises, grabbing the young woman’s throat, picking her up and slamming her head first onto the wood floor.

Cappeletti is being charged with 3rd degree assault, harassment and burglary.
